Brooklands’ Management team has more than 50 years’ combined experience in the asset management industry. The Partners were the Heads of Operational Support at Cube Capital where they institutionalised Operations and Compliance, passing multiple investor due diligence exercises contributing to a significant rise in assets under management. They developed the operational and compliance infrastructure to comply with new regulations including AIFMD, MiFID, CFTC and FATCA.
The Brooklands team has considerable experience managing Fund launches and onboarding counterparties across jurisdictions and strategies. The Team has led Corporate Restructurings and Hedge Fund mergers and acquisitions.

Olivier is a Founding Partner of Brooklands. Olivier is responsible for Operations and Finance services to clients. Olivier has extensive experience in back and middle office and operations systems having started his career in fund operations in 2006. Prior to founding Brooklands, Olivier was Director of Operations at RiverRock and Cube Capital. Olivier received a Masters in Finance from Aix-Marseille University and a degree in Economics and Finance from Paris 2 Assas University.
Mike is responsible for providing regulatory authorisation, regulatory compliance and legal services. Prior to founding Brooklands, Mike was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Cube Capital. Mike was admitted into the Law Society in 2012. In 2005 he received a degree in History from Royal Holloway and Graduated from the College of Law in 2007. Mike is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (MCSI) and the Law Society of England and Wales.
Mark joined Brooklands in 2022 and is responsible for the day to day operations of the regulatory hosting department. He has brought with him a range of legal and regulatory experience he built working at the Magic Circle law firm Linklaters and the Financial Ombudsman Service. Mark holds a Distinction in BPTC & LLM from BPP University and a First Class Honours Law Degree from the University of Kent.
Dmitry joined Brooklands in 2022 and is responsible for managing the operations department. Prior to joining Brookland he spent 5 years working for a London-based, energy focused hedge fund Avitah Capital where he worked as an Operations and Technical Project Analyst. Dmitry holds a BSc in Mathematics and an MSc in Complex Systems Modelling from King’s College London.
Maya is a Compliance Analyst at Brooklands. Maya has experience in the appointed representative sector, having worked as a Compliance Analyst at a Langham Hall, a regulatory hosting firm. Maya also gained experience as a Senior Analyst in the financial crime team of an investment bank. Maya holds a Graduate Diploma in Law with Distinction and a First Class BSc in Business Management with Marketing.
Zia is an Accountant and Financial Analyst at Brooklands. Prior to Brooklands, Zia worked in a tax-based practice firm since 2022, where he built expertise in tax advisory and compliance, gaining a solid foundation in financial regulations. He now plays a key role in addressing financial and accounting matters for Brooklands. He holds a Masters degree in Accounting and Finance from BPP University.
Steph is a Compliance Analyst at Brooklands. She brings experience in compliance and regulatory matters, honed through roles such as AML and Compliance Analyst at a start-up Fintech company and various legal roles in London, Hong Kong, and Beijing. Steph holds a Legal Practice Course with Commendation and a LLB from the University of York.
Harriet is a Compliance Analyst at Brooklands. Harriet has experience across Compliance, KYC and Governance, gained from her most recent role as Compliance Associate at Helios Investment Partners LLP, and her ongoing voluntary work as Vice Chair for the Charity One Loud Voice, along with the various regulatory roles that she has held since she completed her LLM.
Chris is an Operations Analyst at Brooklands. With more than 10 years of experience in hedge fund operations, he has held roles as an Operations Analyst at several multi-strategy hedge funds in Hong Kong. Before joining Brooklands, Chris spent 5 years across Hong Kong and Shanghai, followed by 2 years in London. He holds a First-Class Honours Master of Finance degree in Investment Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Simon is an Operations Analyst at Brooklands. He brings more than 10 years of experience. Prior to joining Brooklands, he spent 4 years working for a Hong Kong-based, award-winning, long/short equity hedge fund manager, Golden Pine Asset Management. Simon holds a BBA in Finance from City University of Hong Kong.
Sofia is a Compliance Analyst at Brooklands. Sofia has worked at law firms including Stephenson Harwood LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright. Sofia has a solid foundation in English and French Law from the University of Kent and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Sofia is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Greek, with working proficiency in German.
Indrajit is an Operations Analyst at Brooklands. He manages daily operations, data visualization and supports IT functions. Prior to this, Indrajit worked as a Data Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services. He holds an MSc in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Nottingham and a BSc in Information Technology.
William is an Operations Analyst at Brooklands. He manages daily operations and data visualization tasks. William has over 10 years’ industry experience across roles in Operations. Prior to joining Brooklands, he worked at BMO Capital Markets as an Equity Trade Desk Support Analyst. William holds an MSc in Finance and Management from Loughborough University and a BSc in Computer Science and Management Science from the University of Kent.
